SHAKE IT!

Stewart Falls... and another migraine!

We hiked Stewart Falls on Saturday.
And Oscar had a migraine on the way up.
We decided to keep going anyway,
his migraines are going to be a part of our daily lives.
And it wouldn't have been much different had we turned around anyway.
I've never hiked to the falls before, so I really wanted to do it.

By the time we got down,
Oscar had pretty much recovered and was
saying "chee" to every tree we passed.

He then devoured his square pumpkin from Arctic Circle.
And was the most ravenous he's ever been for the rest of the evening.

We are pretty bummed that the medicine didn't stop his migraines.
But, we will probably be doubling the dose and seeing a chiropractor as well as an opthalmalogist.

Poor Baby!

What we've been up to...

mostly we just like to chill...

But, I canned some peaches, tomatoes and peach-raspberry jam.
With my mom and sisters.
Thanks for the help, Mom!
Tomorrow we are doing pears and pear butter...

making haunted gingerbread houses with cousins...




Oscar has been sleeping much better.
Due to the cyproheptadine for his migraines?
We kind of think so. Its a welcomed side effect...

and Moses decided he was ready to potty train.
I never thought the day would come.
I HATE potty training.
But, he's doing great all on his own...
