GOBBLE GOBBLE! 08

We had Thanksgiving at my house again
with the Hardings.
I failed to take any pictures
but I will tell you our menu
just to make you jealous.

We had a yummy turkey that Jared brined and smoked
He also made a pumpkin pie
I made a lemon meringue of course
Herb mashed potatoes
homemade rolls
stuffing with apricots and pecans
cranberry sauce (not from a can)
gravy from scratch
green salad with apples and feta cheese
fresh veggies, pickles, celery with pineapple spread (that apparently no one liked)
crackers with smoked mozzarella dip
pomegranate 7 up to drink

We had 2 or 3 more pumpkin pies
an apple pie
a coconut cream pie
and a few others
I don't know what they were cause I only ate my lemon meringue
I don't like pumpkin pie
I know, I'm un-american.

Oscar slept through dinner
which was awesome so Jared and I could actually eat in peace.

Then we watched the House marathon
until the late shows came on.

Gotta watch Dave guess what pies his mom made.

Chocolate milk is definitely a staple of life at our house.
it says "Conserve Water Drink Chocolate Milk"
for those of you that are blind.

SHE'S GROWING UP SO FAST

Ros learned how to ride her bike without training wheels
this week.
She can start, stop, and turn all by herself.
She is so excited and wants everyone to see.

The other night Moses decided he wanted to eat his dinner like a puppy.
He also cleaned up his toys like a puppy.
At least he's cleaning, right?

Silly Ava!

The other day, well really like 4 weeks ago, we watched Ava while JoAnna got her haircut. Ros told me that Ava wouldn't go down the stairs by herself, so I told her I would come get her. Ros said "I already helped her down." Kind of freaked me out a little, but she never dropped her.
