so, just a post to let everyone know whats up. I am going to put some more recent pictures of Oscar on the blog soon. I had my cousin take some when he was 2 weeks old. but, Oscar was very sick shortly after that. He had RSV and Influenza B. He was in the hospital for 3 days, the 3 most terrifying days of my life. They suctioned out his mucous every 4 hours and he was on oxygen. He had all these monitors hooked up to him to measure his oxygen levels, his heart rate, and his respiratory rate. It is the most horrible and helpless feeling to see your tiny baby lying in a hospital bed with an oxygen tube up his nose. Ros and Moses were also very sick, the doc thinks with the same stuff. They probably gave if to Oscar. Luckily Jared and I haven't been sick. So, for about 3 weeks we were going through that. Oscar is doing very well now. the doc thinks its still a good idea to be hermits for awhile, so we won't be out in public until this crazy RSV/Flu season is over or until spring. I'm pretty paranoid about being around people.
